Decoherence and collapse.

Wilhelm screamed.

There stood a  passel of Albanian ballerinas in the backroom smoking crack but they didn’t see it.

Wilhelm screamed every time it supervened. He stopped existing, that is. Not him, of course. Another Wilhelm. His consciousness, as does us all’s, stayed with him. He stayed just more aware of it slipping into a new bubble universe.  Another Wilhelm sprawled on the stage. Squished by a sandbag. A flock of ballerinas surrounding his crushed skull.

Now in this new World, little Teuta stuck her head out to see what trouble has surfaced. She sniffed back a dab of blood.  Beautiful Teuta was too good for anything but snorting powdered cocaine.

But seeing a sandbag barely slip past the German stage manager with a bang! She swooned, stumbled. Her little heart just stopped. Wilhelm started CPR but lovely Teuta had shifted on to a new timeline.

Wilhelm sobbed.
